I've helped several people pass ISTQB and move into IT. I'm happy to share what I've learned in 9 years of testing and two years of working with AI in QA.

I've been testing software for 9 years, in medtech and banking. For the past two years I've been using AI in QA processes and helping build agentic processes for testers and the wider organization.
How I can help
I've helped several people pass ISTQB and move into IT. I'm happy to share what I've learned in 9 years of testing and two years of working with AI in QA.
Write to me →I talk about AI agents, testing processes and getting into testing as a career, based on what I've done myself. In English and Polish.
See my talks →Manual and mobile testing, AI in QA, Scrum and Agile, regulated environments. ISTQB, PSM I, PSPO I and SAFe SM certified. I've run dozens of tester recruitment processes, so I know the process from both sides.

Test Developer, Scrum Master
I test mobile software for hearing aids and take on Scrum Master duties. I experiment with TARS, an AI agent that runs on MCP servers, supports regression and exploratory testing and collaborates with other agents. I build solutions for testers, test processes and general IT processes across the organization, so more and more I work as a product engineer.
Mobile Application Tester, Scrum Master, QA lead
First tester on the mobile team. Manual testing of the mobile app, requirements analysis, defect and risk reporting, introducing new tools. As QA lead I ran dozens of recruitment processes, trained new testers, built a remote QA community during the pandemic and was responsible for the quality of many releases.
Software Tester
Manual testing: functional, exploratory, acceptance, regression, E2E, usability and accessibility. Requirements and documentation analysis (UML, BPMN), database checks in SQL, training new employees, tender offers. Projects included a banking website, a courier company's mobile app, public-sector healthcare IT systems and a telecom CRM.
Selected projects
No internal details, but enough to show how it works.
Problem: requirements change, and test cases and automated tests fall behind.
What I did: a pipeline of AI agents that carries a change through every stage. At each stage a person approves the change.
requirements → test cases → automated tests → verification and CI
I'll talk about it at TestWarez 2026
Problem: to check whether a test case's steps match the app, someone has to click through them by hand.
What I did: introduced the TARS agent to my team. It walks through test cases on a phone, supports regression and exploratory testing, and reports whether the steps match the app.
I talked about it at Warsaw Testers Forum
What I did: an MCP server with a process knowledge base.
Result: analysts and other employees across the organization ask AI about process documentation.
A solution for the whole organization, not just QA
What I did: my own commands and skills for a tester's daily work, such as generating a test plan.
How it works: connected to Azure DevOps via MCP, so it works on real test cases.
I use it every day as a tester
What I did: a Claude skill that builds my slides in a retro pixel-art style: my hero, a chapter map and coins for key takeaways.
Result: a consistent style across all my talks without assembling slides by hand.
My TestWarez 2026 slides are built in this style
What I did: a site built with AI. Content and code were created with Claude, the code lives on GitHub and it's hosted on Cloudflare.
How it works: every code change publishes itself in about a minute.
Hosting cost: $0

About
Before I became a tester, I worked in marketing, sales, PR and hospitality. I've been testing software for 9 years now.
For the past two years I've been deep into AI. I explore how AI agents can change testing and the whole software development lifecycle. I use AI in testing and build processes with it that help testers and other teams in the organization.
Beyond my daily work I support the QA community: I help testers prepare for ISTQB and move into IT. I'm always happy to talk about software testing and AI in testing.
